A SUCCESS share from this week to inspire you: Spoke to a conference with 3,500 attendees (and was asked back). And, I was just asked to be the cover story on a national women's magazine if I can meet a tight deadline #MakingTime. I signed contracts to speak for Intuit, General Electric, Fedex, and American Express. ALL confirmed this past week! Realize - this is 5 YEARS into the JMT PROGRAM, and I've been working this FULL TIME.
I was just looking at my bookkeeping. The first year, I made $13,000 and lived off my severance package from getting laid off that year. But I didn't quit; I didn't give up. And, now, my average 1-hour keynote fee is close to what I made that first year. You CAN do this! First, lead yourself - you will FLY!
Just in the last five weeks I have been able to secure three business accounts, develop a proposal that is giving me the opportunity to work with our local school district to develop a four-phase leadership training and development program for all the school staff and teachers. Incorporating DISC as an intricate and foundation for the staff training and development, and, take the DISC diagnostic program to students grades 3-12!
Kudos to my Mentors on the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team. The points I want to make are:

They help you, equip you, encourage you, and point you in the right direction. And I live in a small rural area. If I can learn to fly where I am, YOU can learn to fly where you are.
In 2015 when I joined the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team, I was earning 40k per year. NOT ANY MORE!! Now, just got a check for $40,000 … it’s one day’s pay. Keep believing in yourself. I have shelved so many small minded-limiting beliefs. And I am proud of what I have accomplished with the guidance of this Team.
Maxwell Certified Leadership Team came at a time when my drive was waning, and I needed some help with my business. While it was still in play and doing well, I was restless, weary, honestly ... worried. You could say the Dream that I had been so excited about years earlier, was now simply draining me. I didn't know how much I had left.
I knew that if I didn't do something to regain my focus and grow myself as a leader, that I would jeopardize the growth of every employee and opportunity for our team. I didn't want to be the limiting factor. That's the exact moment the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team came into play.

It’s been less than a week since graduating as a Maxwell coach, and I signed my first coaching contract last night for $50,000 dollars! And that was for one client! Unbelievable!! A big THANK YOU to the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team.
I facilitated my first Maxwell DISC workshop for 30+ people at my employer. It worked out quite well! One of the participants emailed me after because they want the workshop for another internal team. Thanks to the Maxwell Certified Leadership Team Faculty and this entire community for the assessments, power point, recordings, zoom videos, the knowledge, skill training, and the support!
