Your Life Was Meant to Make a Difference.
For leaders, coaches, speakers, and trainers who know their experience could help more people.
Fifty Years of Leadership Have Led to This Moment
For 50 years, John has poured into people. Now he is looking for the next generation to carry it forward.
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20 • 1:00 PM ET
Discover the intentional choices that will help you live with purpose, add value to people, and multiply your influence where it matters most.
A Life That Matters Is Built One Day at a Time
A meaningful life is not created in one defining moment. It is built through the choices you make, the habits you practice, and the value you add each day.
During this live teaching, John will share seven choices that have guided his life and leadership, and show you how to put them into action in your own life.
You do not have to wait for someday to make a difference. You can begin today.

What Has Been Poured Into You Can Be Multiplied Through You
John often tells the people he has invested in, “You are the legs to my legacy.”
Legacy is not only what someone leaves for you; it is what they leave in you, and what you choose to carry forward.
Learn how to take the values, lessons, and leadership you have received and live them in a way that influences your family, workplace, community, and the generations that follow.

One Is Too Small a Number to Make a Difference
Today, more than 60,000 Maxwell certified leaders carry this message into 160+ countries. Lasting impact is never created alone. It grows when one person adds value to another, who then does the same for someone else.
John will show you why meaningful leadership is not about how many people follow you. It is about how many people are stronger, more confident, and better equipped because you chose to invest in them.
That is how influence becomes transformation, and how transformation multiplies.
Success Is Not Only What You Accomplish
Titles, recognition, and achievement may measure a moment, but they do not define a life that matters.
True success is found in the people you value, the relationships you strengthen, the leaders you develop, and the difference your life makes in the lives of others.
Discover how John defines success, and the intentional choices that have helped him remain grounded in what matters most.

Is This for Me?
I work full time. Most of the people John has invested in did too. This teaching is built for a full life.
I am not a speaker. You do not need a stage. You need people you care about. Most people start where they already lead.
I am new to John Maxwell. You are in the right place. This is a great first hour with him.
